Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen is my name. I'm Vietnamese American Entrepreneur living in Orange County California. My incredible husband JP as well as my happiest Dad Henry are also part of our family. A lot of people know me on Instagram, where I chronicle my journey - from the upwards to the downwards. My parents accompanied me into America in 1990, when I was just a year old. It wouldn't be possible to share my life story today had my parents not worked for their dreams and put up with sacrifices. To give them an opportunity to live a successful future, I focused on achieving success and put in the effort in order to reach it. I believed that my future would unfold the same way as I graduated from university, be offered a corporate position, be married, and then start with a family. My plan for success was to attend college after graduation, and then find an executive job. Then I'd get married to buy a home and have kids. But life had different plans. The year 2013 brought me to the realization that it difficult to accept my job. Although the salary and position was good but I did not feel that it was fulfilling. Instead I felt that I was just wasting my time. I possessed a love of exercising and enjoyed being social and helping others when I was navigating my new career path. I was drawn to personal training. In 2014, I launched my small business and this 2021 will see me celebrating my 7th anniversary. In this field, there are not many Asian females. To be a leader in my industry and to provide quality coaching to help others live an improved and happier life by creating a healthy lifestyle to meet their needs and to reach their objectives. In addition, I strive to motivate others to follow their goals and dreams in order to achieve whatever they want to achieve. My career took off as I experienced the greatest success in my entire life. But, my mom passed away at the same time that my career began to take off. Her battle for 8 years with Scleroderma is over, and she lies in Heaven. Her memory will forever be on my mind and in my heart. mind. Although you may not be able to see it at first, life is a way of offering us the things we require. My mom's death changed my life in many ways, and I believe my Mom gave me another chance at life through her death. She passed away in the morning of Tet/Lunar New Year Day. The day was her chance to enter her next life. I got my second chance to live a happy and fulfilled life. The thing I'm feeling now at the age of 30 is a feeling of aliveness and awareness. It's as if I am truly living, rather than just surviving. In sharing the tale of my journey, it's with the intention that people can relate to my experiences and thoughts. It is to know that they're not the only ones. Also, that there exists true love. Additionally, therapy is necessary and not uncommon. In the end, your health is your biggest wealth. I pray that you live your life to its fullest and that you die without regrets, as death is the sole thing that is promised to all of us during our lives.
